Scrum Master

Full-Time, Remote

As the Scrum Master, you are committed to supporting and advising Agile Ways of Working and follow best practices.

You will possess an understanding of data-related change, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and delivery of valuable insights, and play a key role in optimising data processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for creating the best conditions for the Product Owner, IT Lead and Squad to work together. You will oversee the application of the Agile framework, principles, tools & techniques and governance and support the Squad in appropriating Agile practices within the chosen framework (Scrum, Agile@Scale, etc.); to maximise the chances of success and benefits for the Immune-X TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) Product.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum Events: Sprint planning, Daily standup, and Sprint reviews
  • Identifying and removing obstacles and impediments
  • Supports and coaches the Squad and Product Owner in implementing the Agile framework
  • Facilitating collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Project involvement, ensuring alignment and priorities are managed effectively
  • Embodying agile values and principles

Requisites

Skills & Attributes

  • Understanding of Agile in a Scrum Master / Scrum Coach role, ideally with Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications
  • Experience with Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Experience of working in a SaaS product change delivery
  • Understanding / knowledge of data engineering, data governance, data quality, data security and data science processes and best practices
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in data-related projects
  • Ability to adapt Agile and Scrum practices to the unique challenges of product change
  • Ability to lead & motivate Agile and cross-functional teams
  • Awareness and appreciation of IT and Business Risk & Cybersecurity
